預計所有專案領域初始合約授予的總資金為7,855,000美元，具體金額根據專案領域不同，每年從50,000美元到1,600,000美元不等。初始合約期限最長為兩年，可依績效和資金狀況延長至最多四年（總計不超過六年）。

預計撥款將於2026 年 1 月 1 日或之後開始。
