If you are an owner of a San Francisco residential dwelling unit or guest unit, you must pay the Rent Board Fee.
The Rent Board Housing Inventory
If you own residential property, you are required to report into the Housing Inventory online through the Rent Board Portal. Property owners who have tenants will receive a rent increase license after reporting.
