目的
本報告提供了 HSH 永久支持性住房 (PSH) 現場投資組合中的空缺資訊。
數據來源
從 2023 年 7 月開始，該資料集使用來自線上導航和輸入 (ONE) 系統的信息，這是一種符合 HUD 的無家可歸者管理資訊系統 (HMIS)。
2023 年 7 月之前，資料集源自 One System 和離線職缺追蹤器。在依靠 ONE 系統獲取此資訊之前，離線空缺追蹤器是 HSH 的應用程序，用於追蹤由於各種原因（即維護、清潔、蟲害控制）而尚未準備好供客戶推薦的離線單位。
報告頻率
該儀表板每月更新一次，包含上個月的快照。
資料註釋
資訊代表報告底部「最後更新」日期指定的時間點。當我們的庫存更新時，用於計算空置率的現有庫存總量可能會發生變化。
儀表板不包括分散站點 PSH。分散站點 PSH不與實體單位掛鉤，而是與補助或代金券掛鉤。這些補助或優惠券的總數可能有所不同。
- 2023 年 6 月，HSH 將我們的空缺追蹤完全轉移到 ONE 系統。由於過渡期，無法取得 2023 年 6 月的資料。
- 2024 年 3 月，我們對資料系統進行了另一次檢修。本月也沒有空缺數據。
關鍵術語和縮寫
此儀表板的關鍵術語包括：
- 處於租賃階段的建築物－從開始接受推薦之時起，直到向租戶開放六個月（2024 年 1 月之前，租賃階段為四個月）。
- 可供推薦 – 沒有與空缺相關的客戶的線上單位數量。
- 待推薦 – 已向該單位進行客戶推薦並已接受或正在等待的線上單位。
- 離線 – 由於各種離線單元狀態之一而尚未準備好接收租戶推薦的單元。
- 離線空缺狀態 – 離線空缺依單位狀態表示，如下表所示：

Vacancy Percentage | The percentage of vacancies (both online and offline) within existing buildings calculated from the total inventory. Note: “Buildings in Lease-Up Phase” are excluded in this calculation. Newly opened buildings typically take a few months to fully lease up and move new clients in. Excluding these vacancies allows HSH to more accurately monitor PSH vacancies that result from turnover. |
