• Latino families throughout San Francisco, with family-preservation and intensive supports for high-risk families in the Mission District.

• Mission Neighborhood Centers (a collaborative partner) notes its Mission-site FRC serves Latino families in the Mission and families connected to specific public-housing sites (e.g., Bernal Dwellings and Alemany Apartments).

Collaborative-wide (IFR’s Casa Corazón, part of the Chicano/Latino FRS):

• Family advocacy & support (help accessing healthcare, schools, social services, and other systems)
  
• Parent education (classes + 1:1 consultations; leadership development)
  
• Family activities (workshops, field trips, community events/celebrations)
  
• Support groups (guided groups using wellness/community-building activities)
  
• Playgroups / parent–child interactive groups plus supervised children’s activities while caregivers attend groups/classes
  
• Information & referral, child development assessments, and case management/family advocacy (including advocacy with schools, health providers, and courts)
  

Additional services highlighted by partner agencies within the collaborative:

• Mission Neighborhood Centers FRC: case management, perinatal workshops, family economic success services, parent/child bonding groups, fatherhood programming, and mental health services.
  
• La Raza Community Resource Center: case management/family advocacy, mental health referrals, accompaniment to immigration hearings, school registration help, and translation advocacy.
  
• CARECEN SF: immigration legal program (including drop-in legal counseling hours) and other programs such as youth, family wellness, and health promotion.
