Treasure Island Development Authority

El Acuerdo de Disposición y Desarrollo (DDA) rige el derecho del Desarrollador a desarrollar el Proyecto en una serie de Fases y Subfases Principales y a vender o arrendar lotes a desarrolladores verticales para su desarrollo. El DDA también rige las obligaciones del Desarrollador con respecto a los elementos del Proyecto, incluida la infraestructura pública, la vivienda asequible y los beneficios comunitarios. El DDA se aprobó originalmente en junio de 2011 y el DDA Enmendado y Reformulado se aprobó en agosto de 2024.
