2025 Homelessness Needs Assessment
The Controller’s Office has published the 2025 Homelessness Needs Assessment to fulfill requirements of the Our City, Our Home Fund ordinance, as defined in the San Francisco Business Tax Regulation Code. The analysis used Citywide data to identify population trends, systemic barriers, service gaps, and highlight key interventions to address the needs of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.View full reportCalendar

Our goal is to have fewer people living on the streets of San Francisco. We listen to people experiencing homelessness. We recommend spending on programs that meet homeless people's needs. And, we make sure that spending from the Our City, Our Home Fund is fair and accountable.
