FY24-25 OCOH Annual Report and 2025 Homelessness Needs Assessment
In December 2025, the City Performance Division of the Controller's Office published the FY25 OCOH Annual Report , the 2025 Homelessness Needs Assessment Report, and the 2025 Homelessness Needs Assessment Report Appendices. The Committee reviews and considers these reports as it develops budget recommendations for the new budget cycle.
