At the January 22, 2026 OCOH Regular Meeting, the Committee formally adopted the 2025 Homelessness Needs Assessment, accompanied by a letter highlighting key findings and outlining essential resources and supports needed to drive system changes that reflect the needs of people experiencing homelessness. Mid-year reporting supports the Committee's role in fund oversight for the current year, and provides information that can be useful in developing budget recommendations for the upcoming fiscal years.
