住院時間 (LOS)是指青少年在獲釋前在少年司法中心停留的天數。
2023 年，從少年司法中心釋放的青少年的平均停留時間為 19 天，中位數為 6 天。自 2020 年以來，年平均住院時間保持穩定。這些術語在下面的“數據說明和來源”中定義。
從 2023 年開始，現在按照被釋放的被拘留青少年與承諾釋放的青少年的居留時間進行分類（請參閱「按狀態」圖表）。
