Each organization must complete the Compliance Intake and Reimbursement Request processes to meet the City's compliance requirements and use their grant funding.

Attend a workshop
Awarded organizations are highly encouraged to attend one Contracting and Reimbursement workshop to understand each process.
Each workshop will be recorded and be made available on our website.
Complete Compliance Intake Process
Each organization must be compliant and in good standing with the City's compliance requirements to use their grant funding.

Submit your Reimbursement Request
After completing the compliance intake process, grantees must submit a reimbursement request to claim their grant payment.

NEW REQUIREMENT: Final Report
All FY26 GFTA grantees are required to submit a Final Grantee Reporting Form by June 30, 2026.
The reporting form will cover the period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Reporting forms must be submitted online. GFTA will email all grantees a link to the online form at a later date.
Late Reporting Policy: All reports are due on the date outlined in your grant agreement. Any reports not received are considered late and the grantee is not in good standing with GFTA. We have the authority to pause payments and/or processing on any grants for which reporting is incomplete or outstanding; as well as pause payments on any other open grants or pending new grants or amendments, including fiscally sponsored grants.
