Claim and use your grant funding

Each organization must complete the Compliance Intake and Reimbursement Request processes to meet City requirements and receive its grant funds. Organizations must submit final reports to be eligible for future FY27-FY28 GFTA funding.

Attend a workshop

We strongly encourage grantees to attend a Contracting and Reimbursement workshop to learn how each process works.

Complete Compliance Intake Process

Grantees must meet City compliance rules and stay in good standing to receive your grant funds.

Submit your Reimbursement Request

After you complete the compliance intake process, grantees must submit a reimbursement request to receive your grant payment.

NEW REQUIREMENT: Submit your Final Report

Grantees must submit final reports to be eligible for future FY27-FY28 GFTA funding. Reports cover the period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Grantees must submit reports online using your unique final reporting form link.
