The Roof for Seniors Program (RSP) helps low-income seniors and/or disabled homeowners stabilize, repair, or replace a damaged or leaking roof, roof vents, and gutters.

RSP provides assistance up to $30,000 as a forgivable loan to seniors living in certain San Francisco census tracts. The loan will be fully forgiven 5 years after completion of improvements if the senior continues to own the home and live in it as their primary residence.
