Marc Smolowitz, Producer

"As a veteran producer of films that are typically budgeted under $2M and often featuring the talent of our local LGBTQ+ communities, Film SF’s Scene in San Francisco incentive program has emerged as an essential way that I can keep my films set here in our great City. Many of us want to tell powerful queer stories set in San Francisco. Under Manijeh Fata’s incredible leadership, Film SF is making that possible for local filmmakers."Learn more about our impact this year.
