HCAO 最低標準審查
舊金山衛生委員會擁有唯一權力製定受 HCAO 約束的雇主必須達到或超過的最低標準。該條例要求至少每兩年對標準進行一次審查。在審查過程中，DPH 召集了一個由非營利和營利雇主、勞工權益倡導者、健康保險經紀人和城市部門代表的利益相關者組成的工作小組，以製定修訂最低標準的建議。
