The THRRs describe specify eligibility criteria for transitioning households, defines transition benefits, and outline the procedures by which Transitioning Households will be offered Transition Benefits. The THRRs are only applicable to residents of the Villages at Treasure Island.
Approving the Second Amendment to amend and restate the Transition Housing Rules and Regulations in order to provide Post-DDA Households premarketing opportunities for market-rate housing and receive priority in newly constructed affordable housing opportunities when income-qualified but subordinate to Pre-DDA Households housing benefits.
