約翰·特拉斯維納
總統
約翰·特拉斯維納 (John Trasvina) 將他的職業和個人生活奉獻給了加州和全國的公共和社區服務。約翰是舊金山人，畢業於洛威爾高中、哈佛大學和史丹佛大學法學院。
拜登總統任命他為美國國土安全部移民和海關執法局局長的首席法律顧問。他的任職時間為 2021 年 1 月 20 日至 9 月。
歐巴馬總統任命約翰為美國住房和城市發展部 (HUD) 負責公平住房和平等機會的助理部長。柯林頓總統任命約翰為美國司法部移民相關不公平就業行為特別顧問。他的兩項任命均獲得美國參議院一致認可。
此前，他曾擔任美國參議院司法憲法小組委員會的總法律顧問和幕僚長。 在社區服務方面，他曾擔任墨西哥裔美國人法律辯護和教育基金(MALDEF) 的主席兼總法律顧問、西班牙裔全國律師協會副主席以及全國西班牙裔領導力議程(National Hispanic Leadership Agenda) 的主席，該議程是一個由29 個國家和地區組織組成的聯盟，致力於發展美國總統選舉的國家政策平台。
他也擔任舊金山選舉委員會和選區重劃工作小組的成員，並擔任公民選舉諮詢委員會投票權小組委員會的主席。 1976年，他成為教育委員會第一批學生委員之一。

Appointments are also recommended because the Board office is in a secured area of the Permit Center.
Please note that on Mondays, the Permit Center physically opens to the public at 9:00 a.m. (Board staff are available by phone or email starting at 8:00 a.m.).
