- Hearings are typically held on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 1-4pm in room 192/194 of 49 S. Van Ness Ave. There will occasionally be additional hearings on various dates to accommodate special circumstances. Hearing Agendas will be posted approximately one week prior to the hearing date.
