2019 年至今 COPA 賣家聲明
《社區購買機會法案》(COPA) 要求賣方在銷售結束後 15 天內向 MOHCD 提供已簽署的賣方聲明。賣方聲明確認符合條件的建築物是按照 COPA 出售的。衛生部需要公佈這些聲明並每週更新。賣方聲明清單包括 2019 年至今收到的所有聲明。聲明透過電子郵件和普通郵件接收。 MOHCD 不會監控該清單以確認所有房產已售出或日期、賣方資訊或賣方聲明中提供的其他資訊的準確性。如有疑問，請聯絡copa.mochd@sfgov.org 。
