Withdraw an appeal with the Board of Appeals
For appellants who wish to withdraw their appeals.
What to know
Reinstatement
Once withdrawn, an appeal cannot be reinstated.
What to do
1. Talk to someone from the Board of Appeals about your withdrawal

Download the form.
Fill it out and sign it.
You will need to know:
- Your appeal number
- Address of the property
- Hearing date
- Name of appellant(s)
You can give reasons why you are withdrawing your appeal, but it's optional.
3. Submit your form
You can send us your withdrawal by email, but you will also need to mail the signed original form.

You must make an appointment to visit the office.
After you withdraw
The Board will send written confirmation to all parties that the matter has been withdrawn.
