Use the cost schedule to calculate a building's valuation for building permits in San Francisco.
A valuation based on this table represents the valuation at the completion of all construction work authorized by a building permit. Permit fees are based on a percentage of this valuation.
These valuations are not to be used as accurate guides to the actual cost of construction; for actual construction cost estimates for any project, please consult a contractor, a design professional or a cost estimator.

Phí do nhà nước quy định
Vào ngày 1 tháng 1 năm 2009, DBI bắt đầu thu một khoản phí mới theo quy định của Tiểu bang đối với mọi giấy phép áp dụng. Khoản phí mới sẽ được đánh giá ở mức 4,00 đô la cho mỗi dự án trị giá 100.000 đô la và yêu cầu mức phí tối thiểu là 1,00 đô la từ mọi giấy phép áp dụng. Sắc lệnh 159-15
Theo Sắc lệnh 159-15 sửa đổi Bộ luật Xây dựng để sửa đổi nhiều mục và bảng biểu phí nhằm điều chỉnh phí hoặc giấy phép, thanh tra và các hành động khác được Hội đồng Giám sát thông qua vào ngày 8 tháng 9 năm 2015 và được Thị trưởng Edwin Lee ký vào ngày 17 tháng 9 năm 2015, các loại phí sau đây cho Sở Thanh tra Xây dựng có hiệu lực vào Thứ Hai, ngày 19 tháng 10 năm 2015.
