The Mobile Community Assessment Service Center is designed to expand access to reentry services for justice involved San Franciscans.

Funded by a grant from the Board of State and Community Corrections, the M-CASC is designed to expand access to reentry services by meeting clients where they are. For many justice-involved individuals, particularly those experiencing homelessness or severe economic hardship—simply getting to a probation office presents barriers. Limited transportation, competing work schedules, and restricted business hours can prevent clients from accessing the support they need.
