Program Quality Assessment (PQA)

PQA is how we measure youth program performance. It is required of City-funded youth programs. Our trainings prepare you to assess your own program.

Learning cohorts

Cohorts are application-based classes that take place over multiple sessions. Submit an application to join a cohort.

Positive youth development

Learn to:

  • Deepen safety and foster an environment of radical inclusion
  • Design relevant programs to build the life skills and confidence of our youth
  • Prepare young people for authentic leadership and socially impactful experiences
