Technical assistance and capacity building

Our trainings build the skills of youth program staff at all levels.

Program Quality Assessment (PQA)

PQA is how we measure youth program performance. It is required of City-funded youth programs. Our trainings prepare you to assess your own program.

Learning cohorts

Cohorts are application-based classes that take place over multiple sessions. Submit an application to join a cohort.

Positive youth development

Learn to:

Deepen safety and foster an environment of radical inclusion
Design relevant programs to build the life skills and confidence of our youth
Prepare young people for authentic leadership and socially impactful experiences
