New Staff Health Orientation

POLICY: Newly hired staff members joining our team will receive orientation to the site’s health and safety policies during first week of employment. The staff members will demonstrate understanding of theory and correct application of skills to the teacher or designee in the assigned classroom.

PURPOSE: To assure that all children receive appropriate care in all situations.

To protect the health of the children and staff.

To assure that parent’s and child’s rights are honored.
