Motion: Vice President Wang made a motion to approve the meeting minutes; Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.

a. ECOTE26-072 Goldenvoice, LLC dba Portola Music Festival, Pier 80, 401 Cesar Chavez Street – One Time Outdoor Event Permit to host outdoor entertainment and amplified sound on Saturday 9/26/26 from 1:00pm - 11:00pm and Sunday 09/27/26 from 1:00pm - 10:45pm.
Motion: Commissioner Thomas made a motion to approve the permit with staff recommendations; Commissioner Davis seconded the motion.
Action: The Commission approved the permit with staff recommendations.

Vice President Wang has recused herself for this item.
Motion: President Bleiman made a motion to approve the permit with staff recommendations; Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.
