    Motion: Commissioner Thomas made a motion to approve the meeting minutes; Commissioner Davis seconded the motion.

    Action: The Commission approved the minutes of the February 17, 2026 Commission meeting.

  4. Discussion and possible action to approve resolution to discontinue remote public comment at meetings of the Entertainment Commission, except as legally required to enable people with disabilities to participate in such meetings. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

    Motion: Commissioner Poggio made a motion to approve Entertainment Commission Resolution No. 26-01; Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion.

    Action: The Commission approved Entertainment Commission Resolution No. 26-01.

  8. Hearing and Possible Action regarding applications for permits under the jurisdiction of the Entertainment Commission. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

    Consent Agenda:

    a. EC-1921 - INGKA CENTRES SAN FRANCISCO LLC, dba Saluhall, 945 Market St, Limited Live Performance

    Motion: Commissioner Thomas made a motion to approve the permit with staff recommendations; Commissioner Davis seconded the motion.

    Action: The Commission approved the permit with staff recommendations.

    Ayes: President Bleiman, Vice President Wang, Commissioner Davis, Commissioner Poggio, Commissioner Schlander, Commissioner Thomas, and Commissioner Wilson

    b. ECOTE26-056 – Sunset Mercantile LLC dba Outer Sunset Farmers Market & Mercantile, 37th Avenue between Ortega and Pacheco and 37th Avenue between Pacheco and Quintara – One Time Outdoor Event Permit to host outdoor entertainment and amplified sound with extended duration every Sunday from April 12, 2026 to April 5, 2027 from 9:00am - 2:00pm.

    Motion: Vice President Wang made a motion to approve the permit with staff recommendations; Commissioner Davis seconded the motion.

    Action: The Commission approved the permit with staff recommendations.

    Ayes: President Bleiman, Vice President Wang, Commissioner Davis, Commissioner Poggio, Commissioner Schlander, Commissioner Thomas, and Commissioner Wilson

    Nays: None

    Public Comment:
    (+) Thomas Murphy (Teams), representative from St. Ignatius Prep College Prep, commented in support of the permit application and asked that the applicant cooperate with them regarding access through upcoming changes to the campus entrances.

    c. EC-1922 - Evan Rich, Sarah Rich, and Jonathan Gilbert of ESJ RICH LLC, dba RT Bistro, 205 Oak St, Fixed Place Amplified Sound

    Motion: Vice President Wang made a motion to approve the permit with staff recommendations and directed staff to set a sound limit so that the volume of outdoor amplified sound does not exceed ambient levels at a distance of 50 feet measured from the property plane; Commissioner Schlander seconded the motion.

    Action: The Commission approved the permit with staff recommendations and directed staff to set a sound limit so that the volume of outdoor amplified sound does not exceed ambient levels at a distance of 50 feet measured from the property plane.

    Public Comment:
    (-) S. Polk (written comment), a neighbor, commented in opposition of the permit application.

    (=) Mike A., a neighbor directly across from the business, questioned the need for this amplified sound outdoors as well as the daily limit on hours of the sound. He expressed the hope that the sound is low impact and cooperation with the business and neighbors should there be a problem.

    (=/-) Casey Amorello, a neighbor directly across from the business, questioned the need for this amplified sound outdoors and hope that the hours be reduced.
  9. Discussion and possible action to amend the days and hours of entertainment permit condition for Limited Live Performance permit #EC-1687, dba Syzygy, located at 395 S Van Ness Ave Ste 4, at the request of permittee. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

    Motion: President Bleiman made a motion to approve the amendment for Limited Live Performance permit #EC-1687, dba Syzygy as requested by the applicant; Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.

    Action: The Commission approved the amendment for Limited Live Performance permit #EC-1687, dba Syzygy as requested by the applicant.
