What to do

If you want to request new street markings, file a different report instead

If you want to report a faded color curb, file a different report instead.

1. Fill out a form

Tell us where the faded street markings are. 

We will need:

  • The location. Provide the closest address or intersection to the position on the street. Include a description of exactly where the street markings are and what they look like to assist with identification and response. 
  • A description of the faded street markings.

Include a photo to assist with review and response. 

2. Track your case

After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, and your email address if provided, to track your case online.
