556: Appeal to the Board – Tenant or Landlord

Any party may appeal a Rent Board Decision if they believe it is incorrect or based on legal error, an abuse of discretion, would cause financial hardship (only a valid basis to appeal certain decisions).

The form must include a statement on pg. 1 regarding the reason for the appeal, which can include "see attachment."
