Members of the Homelessness Oversight Commission will attend this meeting in-person. Members of the public are invited to observe the meeting in-person or remotely online as described below. Members of the public attending the meeting in person will have an opportunity to provide public comment on every action or discussion item. In addition to in-person public comment, the Commission will hear up to 10 minutes of remote public comment on each action/discussion items, and during general public comment. The Commission will hear remote public comment on items in the order that commenters add themselves to the queue to comment on the item. Because of the 10-minute time limit, it is possible that not every person in the queue will have an opportunity to provide remote public comment. Remote public comment from people who have received an accommodation due to disability (as described below) will not count toward the 10-minute limit. Members of the public are encouraged to provide public comment via email. ITEM 10A through 10C ARE ACTION ITEMS THAT REQUIRES A SEPERATE VOTE BY THE COMMISSION

A) Requesting review and approval to enter into a new grant agreement with Conard House, Inc. for the McAllister Hotel Elevator Modernization Program, covering the period of April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, in the amount of $122,885, which includes a 20% reserve. Elizabeth Hewson, Manager of Supportive Housing Programs will present this item.

B) Requesting review and approval to enter into a new grant agreement with Mission Housing Development Corp. for the South Park-Hotel Madrid Elevator Modernization Program, covering the period of April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, in the amount of $147,544, which includes a 10% reserve. C) Requesting review and approval to enter into a new grant agreement with Mission Neighborhood Centers, Inc. for the Shallow Subsidy Housing Program for Families (One-Time), covering the period of April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2031, in the amount of $7,139,719, which includes a 20% contingency. Ramaytush Ohlone Land Acknowledgement

The San Francisco Homelessness Oversight Commission acknowledges that we are on the unceded ancestral homeland of the Ramaytush Ohlone who are the original inhabitants of the San Francisco Peninsula. As the indigenous stewards of this land and in accordance with their traditions, the Ramaytush Ohlone have never ceded, lost, nor forgotten their responsibilities as the as the caretakers of this place, as well as for all peoples who reside in their traditional territory. As guests, we recognize that we benefit from living and working on their traditional homeland. We wish to pay our respects by acknowledging the Ancestors, Elders, and Relatives of the Ramaytush Ohlone community and by affirming their sovereign rights as First Peoples.
