As authorized by San Francisco Ordinance No. 122-25 (File No. 250655) and Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors Resolution No. 250617-065, the City and County of San Francisco (“City”) has established a Large Vehicle Refuge Permit Program (“Program”) to identify and connect individuals and families residing in large vehicles to housing and services.
