New Provider Corrective Action Policy Now in Effect
The Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) has implemented a new Provider Corrective Action Policy, effective July 1, 2025. This policy applies to all provider organizations that receive funding from HSH.
The new policy is aligned with the Citywide Nonprofit Corrective Action Policy and establishes a consistent and equitable process for identifying and addressing provider performance issues through ongoing oversight and monitoring.
The goal of this policy is to ensure that HSH and its providers work together to resolve issues promptly and within a reasonable timeline when performance standards are not met, and corrective actions are not completed as planned.
