Approval of Rescheduled Meeting Time

Action

The Commission will vote to approve the rescheduled start time of 4:30 p.m. for this meeting, which is earlier than the standard 5:00 p.m. start time as stated in the Commission bylaws.

The Commission will review and possibly approve minutes from the regular Commission July 23, 2025, meeting.

Prop E Commission Streamlining Task Force Committee

Discussion

President Andary will provide a brief summary of the questionnaire that was requested by the Prop E Commission Streamlining Task Force and submitted by the Department on August 8, 2025. Additionally, she will provide an update on important meeting dates.

Director/Department Head Recruitment Committee

Discussion

Commissioner Jones Lowrey will provide an update on the Director/Department Head recruitment and the closed session scheduled later in the meeting.

The Commission will elect a President and Vice President for FY 2025-2026 for a one-year term beginning September 1, 2025.
