Please follow these steps to ensure your request is reviewed and processed in a timely manner.

What to do

Prepare your information (Please send your request at least 2 weeks before the event)

  1. Are you requesting a proclamation, certificate of honor, greeting letter, congratulations letter, or condolence letter?
  2. What is the date that you need the commendation by?
  3. Who or for what occasion is the commendation for?
  4. Draft language for the commendation.
  5. Who will be the point of contact for the commendation if the request is fulfilled?
  6. Would you like this commendation presented at a specific event? (e.g., new restaurant opening or anniversary gala)

Timeline

Please allow for up to two weeks to review and process your request. Once the request has been approved, we will work to complete the commendation by the requested date.
