We provide accessible urgent care and basic health services to people experiencing homelessness.
DPH Street Health
We bring healthcare to people living on the streets. This includes basic medical care, mental health care, and outreach to help unsheltered people as part of the city’s coordinated street response.

We provide healthcare onsite at shelters and connect people to ongoing providers.

About
Whole Person Integrated Care (WPIC) is part of the SF Department of Public Health. Our programs provide short term primary care, urgent care, substance use and mental health services. These services help people who are experiencing homelessness.
