Thomas J. Rocca-is the Managing Partner and President of Seven Hills Properties, bringing over 35 years of experience in acquisitions, development, redevelopment, and brokerage of residential, retail, and mixed-use projects. Throughout his career, Mr. Rocca has successfully executed more than 50 real estate transactions valued at over $500 million. These projects have served both his own portfolio and prominent national clients, including Comcast, Starbucks, McDonald's, Home Depot, 24 Hour Fitness, and more than 40 Walgreens locations.

His portfolio features several high-profile developments, such as:

  • Yerba Buena Commons, a 257-unit mixed-use development in San Francisco
  • Cinnabar Commons, a 245-unit affordable housing project in San Jose
  • Expensify Headquarters, a landmark building in Portland, Oregon

Mr. Rocca has led complex projects across California, Washington, and Oregon. His success in these geographically diverse markets reflects his deep expertise in cultivating community and municipal relationships, navigating regulatory frameworks, and managing entitlement and permitting processes.

A native San Franciscan, Mr. Rocca resides in San Francisco with his wife, Kari. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He serves on the Board of Directors of ASOCS, LTD and Teom Inc., and is a graduate of both the General Management Program and the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
