REPORT

Documentation - Citywide Relocation Assistance

Documentation for the Citywide Relocation Assistance Dashboard, which includes the report’s purpose, data source, reporting frequency, and key terms.

Purpose

This dashboard provides a monthly summary of the City’s outcomes from relocation assistance programs. This assistance helps people who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness or formerly homeless reunite with support networks and stable homes outside the city.

Data Source

  • HSH Relocation Assistance data is sourced from HSH’s Online Navigation and Entry (ONE) System, a HUD-compliant Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
  • HSA CAAP Relocation Assistance data and HSA Journey Home data are sourced from Sharepoint List datasets managed by HSA.

Reporting Frequency

This dashboard refreshes daily.

Data Notes

Clients relocations are not deduplicated per unique client. A single client may be served with relocation assistance more than one time in the selected reporting period.
