Realtor Link Program
The Realtor Link List – is a valuable resource for households participating in MOHCD’s affordable homeownership programs. This list is not a MOHCD-approved or preferred agent list. It serves as a resource for those seeking agents who have expressed interest in and received basic training in MOHCD homeownership programs.
What to know
Joining the list allows agents to:
- Stay up to date on MOHCD homeownership programs
- Gain visibility with homebuyers and sellers
- Contribute to expanding access to affordable homeownership in San Francisco
Requirements to Join the Realtor Link List
To be included on the list, agents must meet the following requirements:
- Attend one training per year provided by MOHCD
- Maintain an active real estate license issued by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE)
- Sign the Sales Agent Acknowledgement Form
- To remain on the list, agents must be actively representing buyers and sellers in MOHCD homeownership programs.

2025 Training Opportunities
MOHCD will offer at least two training sessions in 2025:
- Friday, May 9, 2025 – 10 AM to Noon (In-person)
- Wednesday, September 17, 2025 – 10 AM to Noon (In-person)
The training is free and open to all licensed real estate agents.
