1. CALL TO ORDER
   
2. REPORT: PREPAREDNESS (Discussion)
   Presentation of Emergency Preparedness Plans
   
   Representatives from the Department of Emergency Management will present revisions made to emergency plans since the last Disaster Council meeting.
   
3. REPORT: RESPONSE (Discussion)
   Presentation of recent activations at the Emergency Operations Center
   
   Representatives from the Department of Emergency Management will review Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activations and summarize the City’s response. The EOC activated twenty-two (22) times at a Level 4 Enhanced or higher since the last Disaster Council meeting.
   
4. REPORT: UPCOMING EVENTS (Discussion)
   Presentation on emergency planning for upcoming events
   
   Representatives from the Department of Emergency Management will present on upcoming exercises to prepare for upcoming large special events.
   
5. MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS (Discussion)
   Members of the Disaster Council may suggest items for future Disaster Council meetings or make brief announcements.
