ACTION ITEM: Reading and Approval of the Agenda
GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT:
At this time, members of the public may address the Council on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Council which are not on today’s meeting agenda. Each member of the public may address the Council for up to three minutes, unless the Co-Chair determines that, in the interest of time, comments may be limited to a shorter time when there are a large number of public comments.
With respect to today’s item-specific DISCUSSION items, your opportunity to address the Council will be afforded at the conclusion of each DISCUSSION ITEM, before Council discussion begins.
A reminder that the Brown Act forbids the Council from taking action or discussing any items not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at public comment. DISCUSSION ITEM: Non-governmental organization’s (NGO) recommendations for the Mayor’s Council on Disability (MDC) to prioritize this year
Presented by Anni Chung, Self-help for the Elderly, Marie Jobling and Jennifer Walsh, Community Living Campaign (CLC), Shaya French, Seniors Disability Action (SDA), and Mika Weissbuch, Disability Cultural Center (DCC).

DISCUSSION ITEM: MTA update on the Access for All program
Description: In its first year as a Local Access for All Administrator (LAFA), the program supported on-demand transportation services for individuals with disabilities through one-year contracts with providers like Fog City Access. As planning begins for the next funding cycle, community and Council input is being sought to help shape more inclusive and responsive funding priorities.
