Approval of the Meeting Minutes from November 20, 2025 (Action Item)

Approve Draft SF.gov Subdomain Standard (Action Item)

Digital Services will present on the SF.gov Subdomain Standard, which supports compliance with California Assembly Bill 1637 (2023-2024) and the City’s Domain Registration and Management Policy. The standard was a discussion item at the November 20, 2025 COIT Meeting.

Overview of Business Intelligence (BI) Platform Change Project (Discussion Item)

The Controller’s Office will provide an update on their Oracle BI report and dashboard migration to Snowflake and Power BI.
