Funding Information

The Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) is pleased to announce a new Notice Of Funding Availability (NOFA) to support the build-out and/or code compliance of long-standing vacant commercial spaces.

This funding opportunity supports long-vacant commercial spaces that remain unoccupied due to financial barriers to completing tenant build out and code compliance. Eligible applicants must be nonprofit entities representing 100% affordable developments, have secured an executed Letter of Intent (LOI) from a prospective tenant, and have obtained a contractor’s cost estimate for the required work.
