Midtown Park Apts. - GC

Midtown Park is a 140 unit project comprised of 6 buildings.  Located within the block bounded by Geary, O’Farrell, Scott and Divisadero. The scope of work is an exterior upgrade including new windows, stucco repair, balcony repair, staircase waterproofing, awning replacement and exterior painting. There is a 20% LBE requirement for the project.  There will be a MANDATORY Site Walk on Tuesday, December 2nd at 10am.

D&H Construction is inviting you to provide proposals to design and install the new Exterior Building Maintenance and Fall Protection systems at the project.  The project involves design / engineering / implementation of corrections and upgrades to the Existing Building Maintenance and Fall Protection System.
