101 Gough Rehab - Solar System DB

San Francisco Safehouse (SFSH or Sponsor) has selected AmOne Corporation as the General Contractor for the project at 101 Gough St. The project will have partial funding from the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) and will have additional hiring and wage requirements which will be provided as an exhibit to this RFP.

Subcontractor will be responsible for provided system design services, labor and materials for the designed system, securing necessary permits, coordinating connection with local utilities, and assist project sponsor in completing any solar contractor obligations for energy efficiency rebates such as but not limited to LIWP, BAYREN, TECH, and etc.

Seeking: 1. Design and install 30kW peak Photo Voltaic Roof Top system 2. Submit MOHCD, Public works, CA DIR compliance forms 3. Provide and submit drawings for permitting Design build photovoltaic system subcontractor

Treasure Island E1.2 Senior - Fireproofing, EBM, Elevators

Project Description: Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for the Treasure Island E1.2 Senior housing project in San Francisco.  We are in receipt of the 50%CD Set and are currently requesting bids from qualified subcontractors for Design-Build Fire Protection & Underground Fire Line, EBM, Solar, and Elevators. The Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) has set the SBE participation goal for this project at 20%.

The project shares a 43,000 square foot site with the Behavioral Health building (constructed by others) on Treasure Island in San Francisco. The shared, undeveloped lot is bounded by Trade Winds Ave on the south, Phillips Lane on the east, E1.1 to the north, and Macky Lane on the west. 100 units of affordable senior housing with associated community and management spaces. The total new construction area is approximately 88,000 square feet.  Project will be Green Point Rated with a minimum of 125 points.

Treasure Island E1.2 Senior - Commissioning Agent

The Project Sponsor request proposals from qualified firms interested in providing commissioning agent services for the design and construction of Treasure Island, Parcel E1.2 - Senior.  The proposed project will consist of affordable senior housing and is envisioned to be a six-story building comprised of approximately 100 units with a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units on .62 acres. The selected professional services consultants will contract directly with the Project Sponsor’s whose General Partner will be a Mercy Housing California affiliated entity. Mercy will be the owner and operator of the building. This RFP seeks professional consultant services for a commissioning agent through construction administration. The San Francisco Contract Monitoring Division (“CMD”) has assigned an SBE participating goal for professional services contracting of 20% for this Project.
