Sunnydale Phase 4 Infrastructure - Demolition & Abatement
The Phase 4 scope includes demolition and abatement of approximately 23 buildings to grade totaling roughly 190,000 square feet, in addition to potholing and shutoff of electricity (SFPUC), gas (PG&E), water service (SFPUC) and telecommunications lines. The site stretches across Sunnydale Avenue, Brookdale Avenue, and Santos Street. At this time, new infrastructure and construction is not included in this scope.

The Village SF – GMP, Remaining Trades
Guzman Construction Group, Inc. (GCGI) team is requesting bids for all remaining trades excluding MOBILE CRANES, STRUCTURAL CONCRETE, MASS TIMBER, ELEVATORS, FIRE SPRINKERS, PLUMBING, HVAC & ELECTRICAL/LOW VOLTAGE (these trades were bid in the EARLY TRADES round of pricing). The Friendship House Association of American Indians is building the Village SF Wellness Center to provide community as well as essential services for the inter-tribal Indigenous population of San Francisco and urban American Indians. The project is new construction of a 6-story building consisting of 1 basement Level, 3 Levels of Mass Timber construction and 3 Levels of light gauge steel construction plus the roof penthouse. The project includes 36 studio units, TI space for a restaurant/teaching kitchen, community, health services, office, training spaces, a roof garden and back of house spaces in the basement.

Hamilton Families Roof Replacement
The proposed Capital Improvements Roof Project will consist of a complete roof replacement of two roof system for two buildings: replacing all existing flat and shingle roofing, gutters, and downspouts. Replace roofing fascia where necessary during gutter installation, and trim barge rafters with metal capping as required at 1631 Hayes St/1530 Fell St.

Sunnydale Market at Amani TI
Interior tenant improvement project for a small grocery market on ground floor vacant space of a recently completed mixed use building. Work to be completed within 2,779 sq ft store, shared ground floor tenant spaces [Janitorial and Trash Rooms], rooftop, and existing shaft and Type 1 duct to roof [approx. 46 ft]. Improvement shall accommodate sales floor and cashier/checkstand area, produce prep area, refrigeration system and cases, two cold storage cooler boxes, two storage areas, and office. One of two existing completed ADA bathrooms to be converted to Storage. Work shall include minor demolition of existing partitions, new partitions, new finishes, and associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical improvement.
