Remove and replace with new R-30 insulation and Roofing System 2: Removal and replacement with new exterior metal windows: Remove and replace existing metal windows with T-24 compliant windows 3. Removal and replacement with new roof mount mechanical equipment: Remove and replace, with new, roof mounted mechanical units

Sunnydale Block 9 - ADMP Monitoring & Special Inspection Svcs
The Project Sponsor requests proposals from qualified firms interested in providing (i) Asbestos Dust Mitigation Plan monitoring services or (ii) Special Testing Inspection for the Block 9 affordable housing project, which is part of the next construction phase of the Sunnydale HOPE SF revitalization effort in San Francisco’s Visitacion Valley neighborhood. Block 9 is a new construction multifamily development comprising 95 affordable housing units. Related and Mercy were selected by the City and County of San Francisco through the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (“MOHCD”) to co-develop and revitalize the Sunnydale public housing community into a vibrant mixed-income, mixed-use community. Sunnydale is a 50-acre, 775 public housing unit site located in the western end of the Visitacion Valley neighborhood.

The Project Sponsor requests proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Special Inspection and Testing services for the 160 Freelon affordable housing project. 160 Freelon Housing Partners, L.P. was selected by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development to develop an affordable housing project at 160 Freelon Street. 160 Freelon Street is a 12,800-square-foot (0.3-acre) site located in Central SoMa that has been dedicated to the City in lieu of fee generated by the 598 Brannan mixed use master development.
Seeking: Special inspector.
Goal: Project has 20% SBE goal.
