New Construction / 68,500 gsf / 120 Rooms or Units / 1 Building / 6 Stories / 5-Story Type IIIA over 1-Story Type IA Concrete. Level 01 amenities include a full-service kitchen, dining, staff lounge, fitness, multipurpose room, and outdoor space. Levels 02-06 will provide 120 residential sleeping units (dorm style), with group training rooms and therapist offices to support residential use. Note that there is no kitchen or bathroom at residential units. Centralized bathrooms on each floor and food service kitchen on ground floor.

Family Connections Centers - A/C Improvement

Golden Gate Apts Renovation GMP Request

Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for the Golden Gate Apartments project in San Francisco.  We are in receipt of the Bid Set and are currently requesting bids from qualified subcontractors for DIV 01-33.  Subcontractors received an email notification via BuildingConnected to access and download associated files.  Bids are due Wednesday, March 25  @ 10am.

The project consists of a complete renovation of existing Golden Gate Apartments located at 1820 Post St., San Francisco, CA . Property consists of three (3) buildings containing a mixture of studio, one (1), two (2) and three (3) bedroom units. Existing buildings are Type V wood framed structures, two (2) to three (3) stories in height.

Seeking: Div. 01-33; including but not limited to: facade repair, roofing, gutters, downspouts, architectural sheet metal, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, concrete, fencing.
