Complete rehabilitation for 3-story building with basement, includes asbestos and mold abatement, structural improvement, electrical upgrade, new MEP system, new fire alarm and fire sprinkler system. Hamilton Families Roof Project
The proposed Capital Improvements Roof Project will consist of a complete roof replacement of two roof system for two building: replacing all existing flat and shingle roofing, gutters, and downspouts. Replace roofing fascia where necessary during gutter installation, and trim barge rafters with metal capping as required at 1631 Hayes St/1530 Fell St.

Sunnydale Phase 4 - Construction Management/Owner's Rep
The Phase 4 scope includes demolition and abatement of approximately 23 buildings to grade totaling roughly 190,000 square feet, in addition to potholing and shutoff of electricity (SFPUC), gas (PG&E), and telecommunications lines. The site stretches across Sunnydale Avenue, Brookdale Avenue, and Santos Street. At this time, new infrastructure and construction is not included in this scope. The scope of work for this RFP is for construction management/owner’s representative services including all necessary coordination for consultant procurement and permitting necessary prior to start of demolition/abatement, management of project schedule and GC hard costs, risk management to ensure the project is delivered within budget and as designed avoiding claims against the project, among other services included the RFP itself.
