STEP-BY-STEP

Check your conditions

Before you apply, check which conditions are met to identify your requirements.

Site Assessment and Mitigation Program

Whether you are looking for plan check services, or environmental regulatory oversight, submitting an application lets us help you. These services are available or required if any of the following conditions are met.

A great time to check is at the same time you submit a Project Application (PRJ) to the Planning Department.

Review each condition, and write down which code requirements apply. If your project does not meet the conditions, then you do not need to comply with the requirement.
