Overview

Members of the public may attend the meeting to observe and provide public comment at the physical meeting location listed above. Public comment will be taken on each agenda item involving discussion and/or action before the Council takes action on the item or, in the case of discussion-only items, before the item is concluded.

The ringing and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. The Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic device.

Public comment

Public comment will be taken on each agenda item involving discussion or action before the Council takes action on that item. The public is asked to wait for the particular agenda item before making a comment on that item. When the moderator announces that the Council is taking public comment, members of the public can stand before the Council and be called forward. Each member of the public may address the Council for up to two minutes, unless otherwise announced by the Steering Committee.
