Improving City Payment Timelines (Virtual Event for Service Contractors)

Join the City Administrator's Office for an interactive virtual workshop to share your experiences with City payment processes.

You'll have an opportunity to identify the challenges that have the greatest impact on your firm, react to potential solutions, and help the City prioritize improvements. Your feedback will directly inform the "Improving City Payment Timelines" project and our work to make payment processes clearer and more predictable.

Who should participate: This session will be of most value to professional service and general service contractors who have had prior experiences navigating the City's payment process. If you're a service provider who has worked with the City in the last three years, we encourage you to participate. If you are not a services contractor with City experience in the last three years, this may not be the best use of your time.

We want to hear from you what issues you've faced, and we'll work with different departments and functions responsible for payment processing to explore solutions to these challenges.
