Improving City Payment Timelines (Virtual Event for Nonprofits)

Join the City Administrator's Office for an interactive virtual workshop for nonprofit organizations about your experience with City payment processes.

You'll have an opportunity to identify the challenges that have the greatest impact on your organization, react to potential solutions, and help the City prioritize improvements. Your feedback will directly inform the "Improving City Payment Timelines" project and our work to make payment processes clearer and more predictable.

Who should participate: This session will be of most value to nonprofit contractors and grantees who have had prior experiences navigating the City's payment process. If you're a nonprofit contractor or grantee who has worked with the City in the last three years, we encourage you to participate.

What is the "Improving City Payment Timelines" project?

The project is an initiative of the City Administrator's Office to better understand, diagnose, and address challenges related to the City's payment timelines. The City understands that payment timelines can feel lengthy and unpredictable, and this can have real consequences for your business or organization. We want to hear from you what issues you've faced, and we'll work with different departments and functions responsible for payment processing to explore solutions to these challenges.
