Assessor-Recorder Budget Community Town Hall

Join us for an important community conversation on the Office's budget, priorities and property assessment rules.

This is an opportunity to learn about the Office's budget priorities for the next two years, understand your property assessment, learn about Proposition 13, 19 (base year value and intergenerational property transfers) and assessment appeals as well as meet your Assessor and ask questions.

You will also hear from a special guest speaker, District 6 Supervisor and Budget & Finance Committee Vice Chair Matt Dorsey.

Doors open at 6:00 PM. Program begins at 6:15 PM.
