Booking calendar (one-hour and two-hour weddings)One-hour weddings are available weekdays from 9am to 3pm. Two-hour weddings are available Saturdays at 9am and 12pm.
City Hall Rotunda closures and restricted accessSome evening events require early setup access to the Rotunda. For everyone's safety, the Rotunda closes to the public.
One-hour weddings
Up to 100 guests. Monday through Friday between 9 am and 3 pm (weekends not available). This package starts at $1,200.
Two-hour weddings
Up to 200 guests (extra fee for additional guests). Saturdays in the Rotunda only at 9 am or 12 pm. This package starts at $6,000.
Evening weddings
Available weekdays and weekends, except Tuesdays. Up to 499 guests (extra fee for additional guests). Rates start at $12,000.
Private events
Available weekdays and weekends, except Tuesdays. Up to 499 guests (extra fee for additional guests). Rates start at $12,000.

About

San Francisco City Hall, the seat of government for the City and County of San Francisco, is a historic landmark and destination. This Beaux-Arts building, designed by Arthur Brown, Jr., opened in 1915, representing the City Beautiful movement. The City Hall Events Office, overseen by the Office of the City Administrator, licenses private rentals within the building.
