The Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, in partnership with the Controller’s Office and the Local Homelessness Coordinating Board, is hosting a committee meeting to get feedback and answer questions about San Francisco’s 2026 Point-in-Time (PIT) Count. Members of the Homelessness Oversight Commission will attend this meeting in-person. Members of the public are invited to observe the meeting in-person or remotely online as described below. On December 8, HUD withdrew the Fiscal Year 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) program. Therefore, the December 15 local application deadline is suspended, and applicants may pause work on your applications. The parameters of Fiscal Year 2025 CoC funding are the subject of litigation in federal court.
