Sobering care for people who are intoxicated

The Sobering Center is a safe place for people who are intoxicated. Nurses are available 24/7 to provide care. Our team offers medical care and medical support on site and helps connect people to substance use treatment.

Stabilizing Care

Who we work with

  • We get help from nurse practitioners and physician assistants at the Medical Respite.
  • They help us handle urgent care needs and connect people to other medical services.

About

The Sobering Center provides a place for people to stay until they are sober and medically stable. Anyone found intoxicated in public can use our services. The Sobering Center offers an alternative to jail or the emergency room. We can support clients when they’re ready to make positive changes in their use of drugs or alcohol use including connections to treatment.
