Each section provides instructions for contractors and the general public on how to schedule and pay for an inspection.

Door, Siding and Window Inspections

For a door, siding and window building permit obtained through the PermitSF online system, or on OpenGov, call (628) 652-3625 at 8am-12pm on Monday – Friday, except public holidays.

For permits with a permit number starting with "BLDG" issued through the PermitSF online system, inspections can be scheduled using the phone number above. It is not possible to schedule your inspection using the contact information below.

Applicants who have obtained door, siding and window permits obtained through the standard permitting process as part of a larger project on or before February 13, 2026 can schedule an inspection using the contact information below.

Building Permit Inspections

Contractors

General Public

  • Follow the prompts to schedule, reschedule, cancel, or get results of an inspection.

Payment

• You can pay for an additional building inspection via:

Plumbing/Mechanical Permit Inspections
