At this hearing, the Health Commission of the City and County of San Francisco will consider the impact of the proposed reduction of medical services provided by City and County of San Francisco facilities. Public testimony, both oral and written, will be accepted at this hearing.

Further information on the proposed reductions is available by telephoning the Department of Public Health at (415) 554-2600.
In accordance with Section 67.7-1 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, persons who are unable to attend the hearing on these matters may submit written comments to the City prior to the time the hearing begins. These comments will be made a part of the official public records in these matters, and shall be brought to the attention of the Health Commission. Written comments should be addressed to Mark Morewitz, Director of Health Commission Affairs, 1145 Market Street, 11th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103 Information relating to this matter is available at the San Francisco Department of Public Health, 1145 Market Street, 11th Floor and agenda information will be available for public review on April 20, 2026.
