Southeast Child-Family Therapy Center at Blanken Avenue

The Southeast Child/Family Therapy Center is located on Silver Avenue. It supports behavioral health services for children, youth, and families in the Southeast of San Francisco. This area includes Bayview, Portola, Visitacion Valley, Excelsior, Outer Mission, Bernal Heights, Sunnydale. As one of two clinics, we offer various services to support children and youth’s well-being. 

We serve San Franciscans who qualify for Medi-Cal or Healthy Families/Kids.

Services include:

• Assessments and evaluations
• Individual, family, and group therapy
• Psychiatric Evaluation
• Medication support and treatment
• Support groups
• Case management
• Community/outreach and connections
• School counseling and consultations
• Telehealth appointments are available upon request, if indicated
